THE RADOCAJS
Founded by Laura and Marco Radocaj, Balance HVAC represents a unique mix of professional HVAC services and a strong commitment to community involvement.
The Radocajs, who met at Villanova University, combine Marco’s technical expertise in HVAC systems with Laura’s public relations background to offer personalized, high-quality climate control solutions. Beyond their professional endeavors, Laura and Marco are involved in community activities, including coaching youth sports and participating in nonprofit initiatives, showcasing their dedication to family and community.
When Marco and Laura moved into their new home, they quickly discovered their usage of the space was vastly different from that of the previous owners. This mismatch led to poor indoor air quality (IAQ) due to a trifecta of issues: leaking HVAC systems, oversized equipment, and a poorly encapsulated attic and garage. These problems, initially unseen, showcased the critical importance of tailoring HVAC systems to fit the specific needs of a home’s occupants. This realization propelled Marco, with his HVAC expertise, to address these issues head-on, improving their home’s air quality and setting the stage for Balance HVAC’s mission to ensure other homes in Indian River County could also enjoy optimized IAQ tailored to their residents’ unique lifestyles.
